Hybrid Personal Branding:

This is a hybrid between a service and coaching/consulting (and sometimes courses too).  This is getting more and more common.

The things that you can productize (hire people to reliably do the work for you or automate it somehow) you productize (Done For You).

The things you can’t productize you do Done With You (coaching/consulting etc).

Stuff that you can’t do for them and you can’t coach them on you make into a course component.  You may also add a group component and also a software component too.

You just create the best possible offer for the client as well as the scalability of your business, and you charge A LOT for that.

Most people think beginners shouldn’t do High Ticket Offers and they should do low ticket digital products or medium ticket courses instead.

I completely disagree.

I think a high-ticket service or coaching offer (or a hybrid) is the best offer for a beginner to start.

Why?  Because you only need one client per month to make a full-time income in many cases.

Whereas with the other products, you might have to sell dozens or even hundreds of clients.

There’s no other business monetization model where I’ve seen total beginners go to making $10-$30k/month as fast as creating a high-ticket product.
